Our Story
Affinity Artists Agency is a licensed and union‑franchised talent agency with offices in Los Angeles. The agency was founded in 1998 by Ross Grossman, who holds a BFA in film from UCLA and an M.A. in clinical psychology. In 2002 he relocated the headquarters to Los Angeles. Affinity Artists nurtures actors, models and creatives across television, film, commercials, print and digital media, offering representation grounded in industry knowledge and personal attention. As a SAG‑AFTRA, WGA and DGA signatory, the agency has booked performers on popular series and national campaigns.
